Thank you for submitting your creative work to Artzage House. We deeply value every submission and the trust you place in us. Below is our refund policy for submission-related payments:

1. Non-Refundable Fees
All submission payments are non-refundable once the payment is successfully processed.
This is because editorial review, reading time, and digital service costs are initiated immediately upon submission.

2. Duplicate Payments
If you've been charged twice for the same submission, please contact us at hello@artzagesquare.com within 7 days of the transaction.
We will verify and process a full refund of the duplicate charge within 5–7 working days.

3. Accidental Submission
Refunds for accidental or incorrect submissions will only be considered if:

You notify us within 2 hours of payment

The editorial review has not yet begun

You provide clear proof of the mistake

4. Technical Errors
If you experience a technical error during payment (e.g., payment deducted but submission not received), please:

Allow us 48 hours to verify and respond
